Application Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team, specializing in Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering software applications, providing technical support, and working closely with customers to implement and optimize Siemens DIS solutions. Preferably the candidate is familiar with Siemens Digital Industries Software (DIS), PLM, CAD, CAM, CAE, MES, and industrial automation software. Candidate shall be femiliar with SAAS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering software applications, preferably Siemens DIS products (NX, Teamcenter, Simcenter, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CAD, CAM, CAE, and PLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and configuring Siemens software products is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings and on-site support as needed.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation for CAD/PLM software customization.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions, including but not limited to NX, Teamcenter, Simcenter, and other PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their engineering and manufacturing challenges and recommend the best software solutions.
• Conduct software demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of Siemens DIS solutions within customer environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth by offering technical expertise during client engagements.
• Stay up to date with the latest Siemens software updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
