This policy explains what information NomuTech Solutions L.L.C S.P.C ("NomuTech", "we", "us") collects when you visit www.nomutech.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. It covers this website and the emails our sales team sends you.

This website is operated by NomuTech Solutions L.L.C S.P.C ("NomuTech"), an authorized Siemens Digital Industries Software partner serving the Middle East, with offices in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We supply Siemens software on subscription and provide training, implementation, technical support and licensing services.

You may give us information when you use a form on this website. Depending on the form, this can include:

  • Contact, quote, demo and technical support requests: your name, work email, company name, phone number, country, area of interest, product of interest and your message.
  • Brochure and datasheet downloads: your name, work email and company name.
  • Event registrations: your name, work email, company name and phone number.
  • Job applications: your name, contact details, CV and any other information you choose to include.

We ask only for what we need to answer you. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; the rest are optional.

When you send a form, we also note how you reached our website (for example a LinkedIn post, one of our emails, a search engine or directly) and keep that with your form.

With your consent (see Cookies below), we use the following services to understand how the website is used and which companies are interested in our solutions:

  • Google Analytics (Google): pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type. IP addresses are truncated by Google.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): how visitors scroll and click, and anonymised session replays that help us fix usability problems. Text typed into forms is masked.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn): aggregated information about the industries, company sizes and job roles of visitors. We do not receive the identity of individual visitors.
  • Apollo website visitors (Apollo.io): identification of the company, not the person, that a visit comes from, based on the network address.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Tracking services listed above load only after you click Accept. If you click Decline, only the cookies needed for the website to work are set, such as the one that remembers your choice.

To change your choice later, clear this website's cookies and site data in your browser and the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We do not show advertising on this website and we do not use advertising networks.

  • To answer your request, prepare a quote, arrange a demo or provide technical support.
  • To send you the brochure or datasheet you asked for.
  • To manage event registrations and job applications.
  • To keep our records of customers and prospects in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • To contact you about Siemens software, services and events that are relevant to what you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
  • To protect the website against abuse and to meet our legal obligations.

Our sales team may email you about Siemens software and services. We may have your work contact details because you contacted us, met us at an event, downloaded material from our website, or because we found them in public professional sources and business contact databases. We keep your name, job title, company, work email and work phone number in our CRM (Freshsales by Freshworks).

You can stop these emails at any time: reply "no thanks" to any of our emails, or write to sales(AT)nomutech.com. We will stop within two working days and will not email you again for marketing.

If you ask us to stop, we delete your record or block it from further emails.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that process it for us: our database and hosting providers, our CRM and sales email provider (Freshworks) and the analytics providers listed above. They may store data outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including in the European Union and the United States, under their own security commitments.
  • Siemens Digital Industries Software, when needed to set up your software subscription, licence or training, or when you register for a Siemens event through our website.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep requests and CRM records for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain our business relationship. Job applications are kept for the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for the retention periods of each provider, currently 14 months for Google Analytics.

Prospect records where you have never replied to us are reviewed and deleted after 12 months.

Depending on where you live, data protection law in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the European Union and elsewhere gives you rights over your information. In all cases you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop or limit how we use it, including stopping marketing messages.
  • Transfer it to you or to another organisation in a usable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact(AT)nomutech.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Form data is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in systems protected by access controls. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to do their work.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This website links to Siemens, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Maps, and the Partner page shows content provided by Siemens. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read.

We may update this policy when our website or the services we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
