Simcenter X delivers the flagship Simcenter applications as software as a service: Simcenter STAR-CCM+, Simcenter 3D, Simcenter Femap, Simcenter Amesim and HEEDS, installed locally or run on Siemens cloud computing, with licences, updates and data management handled by Siemens. Simcenter X Advanced puts all four simulation domains under one licence.

Can we mix it with on-premises subscriptions?
Yes. Many customers keep desktop seats and use Simcenter X cloud compute for peak demand.
